At Refined Bowties we want to give you the best product we possibly can and to support that you have a 30 day money back policy after receiving the product.
What if my product breaks?
If your product arrives damaged or broken we will ship you a new product as soon as you fill out the forms with our customer service. If for some reason your product is damaged in normal use please contact us and we will assess on a case by case basis to replace damaged product.
